Meredith Anderson is an ACC-certified coach by the International Coach Federation. She was trained in coaching at Harvard University and is a member of the Institute of Coaching. Meredith combines assessment tools with evidence-based coaching methods, cutting-edge psychological findings, experience in adult development programs and a background in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Meredith is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Psychology at Harvard University’s Extension School. Her thesis research focuses on leadership development in the context of gender, power, values and paradox theory. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arlington Free Clinic, a nonprofit organization providing free, high-quality medical and dental care to low-income individuals.

Meredith spent the first decade of her professional career at Discovery Communications, Inc. where she was responsible for marketing strategy and corporate partnerships for multiple television networks. She later transitioned into the oncology nonprofit sector, first at an association, where she directed marketing efforts to drive engagement with products and programs based on scientific advancements in cancer care. Later, at the nonprofit Smith Center for Healing and the Arts, she directed outreach and programs exploring dimensions of healing for adults with cancer and other serious illnesses.

Meredith is located in the Washington, DC metro area.
