Meredith Anderson is a consultant and coach supporting leadership development and navigating complexity.
Through group workshops and individual coaching, Meredith helps clients expand perspectives, improve team cohesion and relationships, and enhance decision-making agility to drive outcomes. Trained in coaching at Harvard University, she is ACC-certified by the International Coach Federation.
Meredith brings a background of 20+ years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Psychology at Harvard University. Her thesis research focuses on leadership development in the context of gender, power, values and paradox theory. Meredith is also on the Board of Directors of the Arlington Free Clinic where she has served on the Executive Committee and chaired the External Relations Committee. Meredith spent the first decade of her professional career at Discovery Communications, Inc. where she was responsible for marketing strategy and corporate partnerships across multiple television networks. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, first at an association where she directed marketing efforts to drive engagement with products and programs on scientific advancements in cancer care. Later, at Smith Center for Healing and the Arts, she directed outreach and programs exploring dimensions of healing for adults with cancer and other serious illnesses. Meredith is located in the Washington, DC metro area.
